Traditional Doughnut and Cream Puff + Smoothie Making

I miss those doughnuts in a stick, it was like ten over years ago i last ate that.

In this class, you get to make the doughnut dough. Finish off with sugar coating, chocolate rice and almond nibs. I will also touch on cream puff making, you will get to make the choux pastry, custard filling and creme patisserie. It will be charged at $90 per pax.
